Because much of our work involves confidential matters — purchase transactions, party wall disputes, dilapidations claims, insurance loss adjustment, defect litigation — we do not publish a detailed project portfolio. We can, however, describe the kind of work we routinely take on, and provide references on request.
Building Surveys & Homebuyer Reports
We carry out Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports on a wide range of Norfolk and Suffolk property — from period flint cottages and Victorian terraces, through post-war stock, barn conversions and modern infill, to Broads-adjacent properties on raised plots.
Party Wall
We are regularly appointed as Building Owner's Surveyor, Adjoining Owner's Surveyor or Agreed Surveyor under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 — for residential extensions, loft conversions, basement excavations and commercial works.
Defect diagnosis
Recent defect diagnosis work has included spray foam insulation assessments, structural cracking investigations, damp and condensation casework and timber decay reviews — for property owners, lenders and legal proceedings.
Design and Architecture
Our design and architectural services have covered new builds, extensions, refurbishments, conversions and fit-outs — for residential, commercial and mixed-use clients across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Contract administration
We administer construction contracts on behalf of clients — supervising work, certifying progress payments, managing defects and assessing contractor claims.
