Based on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, we routinely cover both counties for surveys, party wall matters, design and consultancy work.
Norfolk
Our office is in Brundall, with a second operating address in Blofield — both within a few miles of Norwich. We work across the county on instructions from residential and commercial clients, including:
- Norwich and the Norwich ring (Brundall, Blofield, Wroxham, Acle, Postwick, Thorpe)
- The Norfolk Broads villages and waterside properties
- Great Yarmouth and the east coast
- Cromer, Sheringham and the north Norfolk coast
- King's Lynn and west Norfolk
- Thetford and Breckland
- Diss and south Norfolk
- Dereham, Aylsham and the market towns
Suffolk
We also work extensively across Suffolk, including:
- Lowestoft and the Suffolk coast

Outside the area

What we know locally
Norfolk and Suffolk have a distinctive building stock. Flint, pantile, soft red brick, weatherboard, thatch, listed cottages, agricultural barns, Broads-adjacent properties on raised plots, Victorian terraces in central Norwich, post-war stock, modern infill and large agricultural estates. We've inspected most of it and know what to look for.
