Yes. For installation work we will come and look at the job, listen to what you want, and put a clear price in writing — no obligation. For smaller repairs we can usually price over the phone.
Yes — phone first thing if you have a leak, no heat, no hot water. We give you a real timeline rather than a sales pitch.
We are Ideal-accredited and fit the full Ideal range with the 10–12 year manufacturer warranty registered on your behalf. We also fit and service Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Glow-worm and Potterton.
