Friendly, slightly mad, and detail-obsessed. A degree in fine art and design behind the bench, ten-plus years on the needles, and a quiet streak of self-criticism that means every piece gets the attention it actually needs. If I can't make it properly, I won't take it on.

Realism portrait work in colour or black & grey. Bring a reference — musician, family member, pet, the icon you grew up with. Mick is detail-obsessed, every piece is worked from a sketch first.

Custom design
You bring the idea — character, mythology, memorial, something cooked up at 2am. Mick draws the piece from scratch, tuned to the body part it's going on. Deposit secures the booking and pays the design time.

The studio
Hayle-based. One artist, one chair.
Temple Tattoo Studio is Mick's single-artist setup at 68 Trevithick Crescent, Hayle. Open Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins not the format — consultation first, then a booking and a deposit.
Single-use needles, hospital-grade sterilisation, fresh ink for every appointment. Aftercare advice in writing and a check-in once the piece has healed. Piercing service coming soon.

Consultation
Bring your idea and references in person or by Instagram DM. We talk through placement, size and what's actually possible.
Design
I draw the piece from scratch for your body. Deposit secures the slot and pays for design time.
Session
On the day — one piece, one session if possible, longer pieces over multiple sittings.

How do I book?
Instagram DM is the fastest route. Send your idea, rough placement and any references — I will reply with consultation options.
Do you do walk-ins?
No — by appointment only. Every piece is custom-drawn, which needs design time before the booking.
How much does a piece cost?
Quoted after the consultation, based on size, detail and time. Deposit secures the slot and counts toward the final price.
How long does a session take?
Small pieces 1-2 hours, medium 3-4 hours, larger pieces split over multiple sessions. Confirmed at consultation.
