A note from Emma
Most salons run three or four dogs at a time. I run one. That means longer appointments, no overlap, no stress — and a finish you can actually see in the difference.

Questions
Things people usually ask.
How do I book my first appointment?
Phone or message Emma on 07809 139 395 — she'll book you in for a meet-and-greet first, then the appointment proper.
Do you handle nervous dogs?
Yes. The whole studio is set up for it — one dog at a time, longer appointments, force-free handling. The meet-and-greet first session is exactly for nervous dogs.
How long does a full groom take?
90-120 minutes per dog typically, longer for thick coats or first-timers. The appointment runs at your dog's pace, not a stopwatch.
Do you do puppy grooming?
Yes — first visit is a gentle puppy introduction (around 30 minutes). Builds positive association before the first full groom.
Where exactly are you?
