I've been baking for forty years and teaching sugarcraft almost as long. Every cake that leaves the shop is one I'd be happy to have on my own family's table — that's the test, every time.

About Henley's
Forty years of baking.
Henley's Cake Company is run from a small shop at 86 School Lane in Trowbridge. Hilary trained, baked, taught, opened the shop — and is still behind the counter.
Qualified sugarcraft tutor, current classes for beginners and advanced bakers, in-store supplies for the local cake-making community.
The cake was exactly what we asked for — flavour, finish, the lot. Hilary listens properly, which is rare.

How far in advance should I order?
Weddings: 3-6 months ahead is comfortable. Celebration cakes: 2-4 weeks. Phone if your date is closer — we will tell you what is possible.
Do you do dietary requirements?
Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and nut-free all by arrangement. Mentioned at consultation.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery available across Wiltshire — quoted at booking. Most wedding clients arrange a venue delivery.
Do you teach sugarcraft?
Yes — regular classes for beginners through advanced, run from the shop. Phone for the current term schedule.
